the prince's rainforest project

this from clare jackson at transition whitstable

Hello,

I just signed up as a supporter of The Prince’s Rainforests Project and added my voice to the many calling for urgent action to fight climate change by addressing rainforest destruction. If you have a moment, will you join me?

Sign up now to put rainforests at the heart of the climate change debate:

http://www.rainforestsos.org/signup1

The number of signatories will be shared with The Prince's Rainforests Project's partnership of governments, businesses and non-profits in December at the time of the climate change negotiations in Copenhagen, where the next global climate change agreement will be determined.

Sign up and help create a climate for change. Adding your name costs nothing, but without it, deforestation might just cost us the Earth.

Thank you.

i just did it and it took less than 5 seconds, please add your name too

The TCC food group are seeking gardens or other plots of land in Canterbury to transform into edible gardens. The gardens will be designed along permaculture lines to create a productive fruit and vegetable growing space.
If you have a garden yourself, know someone who might like to have their garden transformed, or know about a piece of waste land that would benefit from a make-over, please let us know.

Additionally, if you would like to be involved in such a 'permablitz' (www.permablitz.net), or have plants or other materials to donate, please get in touch as well.

We look forward to hearing from you,
Cheers,
Isobel
